G-Sense | Vibration sensor and signalling unit

Description

The vibration sensor and signalling unit “G-Sense” is suitable for mounting on all machines, plants, measuring equipment, production plants, buildings, etc. which you want to monitor with regard to vibrations.

Mainly to avoid expensive production downtimes as a result of vibrations. Furthermore, “G-Sense” natively supports the integration into an auditable monitoring system, which is crucial for the recording of historical vibration maxima. (see Fig. 6)
The vibration sensor and reporting unit can warn users of sensitive equipment that the equipment has experienced a vibration and needs to be realigned or adjusted, and it can measure and record the shocks/vibrations in an auditable manner.
